Opting for a destination wedding means you get to enjoy quality time with loved ones, at a special location.
A standard wedding lasts for about five hours, and the bride and groom spend most of that time running from table to table, trying to say hello to everyone.
A destination wedding does require a minimum of three days – which means, now that you’ve finally gotten your nearest and dearest together, you can actually spend quality time with them.

We know that the wedding process can be tedious; from coming up with a guest list, to the invites, to the wedding gown, to the bride’s maids dress design, to the rings, el cetera.
We at Kivulini Planners ensure that our client’s wedding day and the process of making their big day beautiful is not stressful from our end.

What We Will Offer You
Most of the times the couple and their guests are usually new to the location of the destination wedding.
We therefore offer the following services in relation to planning the initial wedding to make everyone’s stay easy;
Experienced Planners
Coordinating all wedding events and activities
Handle logistics
Supporting all ground handling and logistics for the couple from their arrival date to their departure date. The same support is offered to their guests if need be.
Handle Vendors
We have a variety of vendors that we can recommend, or we could work with vendors that the client already knows.
Make Bookings
Assisting in sourcing accommodation, and making a booking on the couple and their guests behalf if need be.
